November 25th, 2016 – Tony inspired a crowd of over 1200 at the Shaw Centre in downtown Ottawa on Friday morning. Financial Management Institute of Canada’s Professional Development Week was a great success thanks in part to Tony’s Wheel of Life talk as the keynote speaker.

Awesome in season off ice workout with my client friend @grecomanotick @kylejackson25 @ohlbattalion focusing on maximizing the power,this is so important that you realize working with athletes🏋️‍♀️ ✅Strength is your force production,the maximal force you can apply!✅Power is the ability to exert a maximal force in as short time as possible!

The in-season phase I work on increasing the rate of force production, so Maximizing power,That way Kyle could use the strength to get faster and quicker on the ice,This will translate into Breakaway Speed,Faster Shot Power, Quicker first step take off,in the end its about performance not appearance,to make it simple!You can be great in the gym but you Need to utilize that power Speed and Strength that you have built in the off season,to perform on the ice! Again it’s about Performance not Appearance!

Doing some isometrics squats today @grecomanotick I find this exercise as a trainer really helps improve muscle strength and size,the iso hold is vital for strengthening muscles because of the tension,this is my second block of triphasic @cal.dietz thanks,in this phase I find that from the eccentric phase,I have more Energy&feel more explosive, this phase also has a neurological process as well that allows you to maximize force transfer from the eccentric phase to concentric movement.I find improved force and power output in myself also, I love what my Athletes are feeling!Triphasic Training employs the concept of loading each muscle action with a purpose in the #grecomethod Of creating a specific training adaptation -power production and more that can be measured with our @evolt360 machine to show you the results @grecofitness 🏋️‍♀️💪
